覆膜砂射芯机工作原理Working principle of film coated sand core ejection machine以磨液泵和压缩空气为动力,通过喷枪将磨液高速喷射到模具表面,达到光饰铸造模具的目的。磨液是用对模具有保护作用的载液与一定粒度的磨料(白刚玉砂,玻璃丸等人造磨料)按一定配比混合而成,放置在机体下部的贮箱中。工作时磨液泵将贮箱中的磨液以一定压力和流量通过磨液管路输入喷枪。此时,还有一磨液旁路经装置在其中的搅拌喷嘴高速喷出,从而使贮箱中的磨料和载液搅拌均匀;另外压缩空气由外接气源经过(溢)减压阀、电磁阀进入喷枪。喷枪是直接执行液体喷吵工作的主要部件。它与磨液、压缩空气管路系统相连接,设置在机体上部密闭的工作舱内。喷射出的磨液对铸造模具表面冲击磨削后,从圆盘工作台流下,经网孔板返回贮箱,如此循环便完成了对铸造模具的喷射清洗。With the grinding fluid pump and the compressed air as the motive force, the grinding liquid is sprayed high speed to the mold surface through a spray gun, so as to achieve the purpose of polishing the casting mold. At work, the grinding fluid pump takes the grinding fluid in the tank to a certain pressure and flow through the grinding line into the spray gun. At the same time, there is a grinding fluid bypass, and the mixing nozzles in the device are spewed out at high speed, so that the abrasive and liquid in the tank are uniformly stirred. Besides, the compressed air is passed by the external air source through the overflow valve and the electromagnetic valve into the spray gun. The spray gun is the main component of the direct execution of the liquid noise. It is connected with the grinding fluid and the compressed air pipeline system, and is set in the closed cabin of the upper part of the body. After the grinding fluid was sprayed on the surface of the casting mold, the jet was washed down from the disk worktable and returned to the tank through the mesh plate, so that the spray cleaning of the casting mold was completed.
